Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients ready for unilateral primary open reduction and internal fixation for patellar fracture, American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III, aged 18-70 years, signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Local anesthetic drug allergy,clinical diagnosis of coagulation disorders, severe brain, liver and kidney insufficiency, endocrine system diseases and serious infectious diseases,the infected point of the puncture point, there is a history of alcohol or drug abuse,for any reason, it can not cooperate with the research, for example, language understanding, mental illness, not going to the research center, etc,take other drugs or take part in other clinical trials within 3 months before the study,the researchers think it is not suitable to be included in this experiment.
