Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Screening patients for dementia or mild cognitive impairment by assessment of relevant cognitive scales. AD patients are eligible for the American society of neurology, speech disorders and stroke - alzheimer's disease and related diseases (NINCDS). Probably AD diagnostic criteria. All patients in the VaD group met the diagnostic and statistical manual of the American psychiatric association(DSM-IV) and likely VaD diagnostic criteria. Patients with other dementia/mild cognitive impairment were classified into different clinical types.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: No control of internal diseases such as infection, bronchitis, severe hypertension, angina pectoris, acid-base balance and electrolyte disorders, new brain ischemia, hemorrhage, trauma, surgery, serious liver and kidney diseases and tumor patients within 3 months. Cognitive impairment caused by encephalitis, epilepsy, metabolic diseases, drug factors, etc.Severe visual impairment, hearing impairment, aphasia or weakness of the limbs affect the subjects.
