Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) According to the diagnostic criteria of "Neurological Pathological Pain Diagnosis and Treatment", two or more senior doctors with high-ranking titles are diagnosed as postherpetic neuralgia; 2) The ECG result is a normal electrocardiogram; 3) The area of herpes is the distribution of thoracic spinal nerves (T1-T12); 4) The time of pain in the herpes area is 1-6 months; 5) NRS pain score is 6-10; 6) Aged 50 to 80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Allergy to lidocaine or other drugs; 2) The test results suggest that other system diseases are coexisting; 3) The pain is severe, and patients with other treatments need to be added in addition to conventional treatment; 4) Anxiety and depression scores indicate a significant anxiety and depression status (HAD scale score > 11 points); 5) With pain or other chronic pain other than PHN pain; 6) With important system complications, such as COPD, heart disease, etc..
