Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who receive mechanical assistance (extracorporeal membrane oxygenation) due to cardiopulmonary failure will be included in the study, but must conform to the basic indications of ECMO: 1. Aged >35 gestational weeks; 2. Weight >2000g; 3. No uncontrollable coagulation disorder; 4. High pressure mechanical ventilation less than 7 days before ECMO on; 5. CPR less than 30 minutes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia; 2. All children who had received hypothermia treatment before ECMO treatment; 3. Patients and their families refuse ECMO or mild hypothermia treatment; 4. Children with preoperative neurological diseases (such as epilepsy and convulsions).
