Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) pregnant women and their families have a desire to TOLAC, gestational age (> 35), age 18-40 years old, signed informed consent; (2) a previous history of cesarean section with a lower uterine transverse incision, without other uterine surgical scars; (3) head position, no previous cesarean section indications nor new indications for cesarean section; (4) interval between two deliveries (> 18 months); (5) ultrasound examination of the anterior wall of the uterus in the lower myometrium continuous uniform, no defect, scar adhesion and diverticulum formation (measured within one week of labor); and (6) ultrasound estimation of fetal weight less than 3500 g.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) two or more uterine operations, or the previous classical cesarean section, T-shaped incision; (2) the presence of previous cesarean section or the presence of new cesarean section indications in this pregnancy; (3) a previous history of uterine scar pregnancy surgery, uterine rupture, or a penetrating uterine cavity of the uterus; (4) Ultrasound examination of placenta attached to scar, or scar too wide, too thin or large defect, or estimated fetal weight of 3500 g or more; (5) multiple pregnancy, hip position, macrosomia, suspicious threatening uterine rupture or uterine rupture; (6) unsuitable for vaginal delivery of internal and surgical complications or complications Disease.
