Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with facial depressed deformity were diagnosed by two plastic surgeons; 2. Patients aged from 18 to 70 years old male and female; 3. Patients were never treated by autologous fat transplantation; 4. Patients must sign the operation informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hematopoietic system disease; 2. Patients have been treated by other operation, such as skin flap transplantation, fascial flap transplantation, fat transplantation, et al.; 3. Patients with allergic disease; 4. Patients who are taking chemotherapy drugs; 5. Patients with the history of diabetes; 6. Patients who are no guarantees of timely treatment and failures to cooperate.
