Control:Target blood pressure with SBP <80 mmHg, MAP<60mmHg or 40% lower than baseline
Treatment:Taking the average blood pressure during sleep as the target blood pressure

65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Older than 65 years old; 2. ASA is larger than grade II; 3. Non cardiac and non Department of neurosurgery operations with operation time greater than 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe preoperative hypertension (uncontrolled); 2. Creatinine clearance rate <30 ml / min or preoperative dialysis; 3. Acute heart failure; 4. Preoperative septicemia; 5. Preoperative hemodynamic failure (shock); 6. Intraoperative spinal anesthesia.
