Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient who is diagnosed as stroke in MRI examination for the first time; 2) 1 to 6 months after onset, in a stable condition, no spasticity; 3) 25 to 70 years of age; 4) Paretic limbs with no or only little shoulder and elbow voluntary movement; 5) Patient who is able to understand the physician's orders; 6) Patient whose movement intent during motor attempt task can be identified from EEG signal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Aphasia, severe cognitive impairment, severe depression, etc.; 2) Unstable condition, including orthostatic hypotension, sepsis, epilepsy, etc.; 3) Unilateral spatial neglect or severe visual impairment; 4) Ashworth of affected shoulder, elbow or wrist and hand larger than 2; 5) Heart, lung, liver, kidney and other vital organs function decline or failure; 6) Implanted metallic parts of implanted electronic devices, including pacemakers, defibrillators, or implant medication pump.
