Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Knee OA patients informed consent aged 80 years or over, meeting the ARA criteria for OA, Lysholm knee score =2 and Visual Analogue Score(VAS,0-100)=10.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have rheumatoid arthritis and other severe cardiovascular and kidney diseases; severe KOA patients who may undergo joint replacement surgery; patients before the exclusion of MRI contraindications(such as with a pacemaker, artificial metal heartvalve, artificial cornea, arterial clamp remained, etc.).
