18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18~40 years old; (2) Meet the diagnosis standard of premature ovarian insufficiency; (3) Intend to treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) substance such as cigarettes, alcohol or drug abuse in the past 3 months; (2) BMI=32kg/m2 of BMI=18.5kg/m2; (3) the history of ovariectomy or hysterectomy; (4) undergoing acute inflammation; (5) combined with serious diabetes (6) combined with serious osteoporosis (7) combined with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, lung or kidney disorders, or mental illness; (8) treated with estrogen, progesterone, androgen or other medicines for menopausal syndrom; (9) allergy to the medicines in this study; (10) patients involved in an ongoing clinical trial; (11) those the researchers considered unsuitable for this study.
