Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) The liver cancer resection was firstly performed in our center and cooperation center, and HCC was confirmed by histopathology after operation; 2) preoperative serum HBsAg (+); 3) Serum HBV-DNA is below the lower limit of detection (internal standard method); 4) The tumor does not invade the main branches of the portal vein, hepatic vein or bile duct; 5) Liver function Child-Pugh A or B; 6) Aged 18 to 75 years old male and female; 7) single tumor, the maximum diameter = 5cm; multiple tumors, the number of tumors = 3 and the maximum diameter of each tumor = 3cm;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) hepatocellular carcinoma with extrahepatic metastasis; 2) Antiviral treatment in the past 1 year; 3) combined with other parts of malignant tumors, or other organ failure; 4) Combine other hepatitis viruses and/or HIV infections; 5) Preoperative TACE or other anti-tumor treatment; 6) Liver function Child-Pugh C grade; 7) refractory ascites or hepatic encephalopathy; 8) Those who cannot be treated or unable to complete the treatment due to mental illness, psychological illness or other reasons.
