Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients received surgical treatment by hook plate and implant removal surgery in Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital between July 2014 and October 2017; 2. Patients age over 18 years old; 3. Type III or V Acromioclavicular dislocation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incorporate other injuries; 2. Old injuries (more than 2 weeks); 3. Incomplete image data or substandard films; 4. History of contralateral shoulder joint trauma; 5. Postoperative infection; 6. Neuromuscular system diseases; 7. Loss of follow-up
