65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 65 years old; 2. normal communication and expression ability; 3. those who intend to undergo total hip arthroplasty; 4. those who agree to use postoperative analgesia pump; 5. those who sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. participants without sufficient cognitive function and language skills or with abnormal MMSE scores before surgery or had a history of POCD or mental illness; 2. participants insensitive or hypersensitive to pain sensation; 3. participants with major organ system disease, uncontrolled hypertension diabetes, coronary heart disease; 4. participants with hypersensitivity to the study medications; 5. participants with analgesic drug is being used or had a history of drug abuse; 6. participants enrolled in other clinical trials were also excluded.
