18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. epithelial ovarian cancer including serous carcinoma, mucous carcinoma, endometriod carcinoma and clear cell carcinoma; 2. aged 18-75 years; 3. normal liver and renal function:ALT<66 U/L, AST<36 U/L, total bilirubin<22 umol/L, crea<106 umol/L, urea nitrogen<6.1 mmol/L; 4. normal bone marrow function: neutrophil =1800/mm3, platelets=100,000/mm3.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. combined with serious intentions, liver, kidney and peripheral neurological disease; 2. mental illness can not cooperate with the treatment of patients; 3. pregnancy, lactating women; 4. participating in other clinical research; 5. patients can not cooperate or do not sign informed consent.
