Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gynecology diseases to operation; Informed consent and cooperate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Abnormal liver and kidney function; severe hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other medical diseases and poor control of indicators; serious organ dysfunction; the patient is transferred to laparotomy; Infection before operation; Patients with malignant tumors received neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery. And other factors that may affect the patient's stress response
