Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria for mild cognitive impairment; 2. Aged 50-80 years male and female; 3. Voluntarily join the trial and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. combined with serious diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, as well as malignant tumors and mental patients; 2. patients with obvious physical disabilities (MRS greater than 1); 3. participating in other clinical trials in the past 3 months; 4. patients with other exercise contraindications.
