18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient mainly with chronic heart failure patients; 2) normal mental state; 3) Patient himself can read and understand questionnaires, or be able to understand questionnaires by other person's help.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with an expected survival time of less than 1 years; 2) with history of valvular heart valve disease or replacement surgery; 3) recent use of antidepressants or anti anxiety drugs or other central nervous system drugs; 4) cases of death during hospitalization.
