Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The coexistence of abscess, sinus or fistula, acute or chronic inflammatory mass, acute attack and/or recurrent attack; 2. aged 18-60 year old female patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. lactating women and pregnant women; 2. patients with rheumatoid arthritis, dermatomyositis and other immune diseases; 3. combined with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system. 4. patients suffering from mental illness; 5. With smoking history 6. Patients with severe organic diseases. 7. With history of hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism. 8. hormone or immunosuppressive therapy was applied in the previous month. 9. allergy and allergy to the drug.
