3cm H2O group:3cm H2O CPAP was given during during one-lung ventilation with the bronchial blocker
4cm H2O group:4cm H2O CPAP was given during during one-lung ventilation with the bronchial blocker
5cm H2O group:5cm H2O CPAP was given during during one-lung ventilation with the bronchial blocker

40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA classification I~II; aged 40~65yr; the body mass index (BMI) 18.5~25kg/m2; FEV1/FVC%>70%; agreed to participate in the study and signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: anemia and other hematological diseases; one-lung ventilation continued less than 1 hour; SpO2<90% during OLV or applicated other measure
