Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The normal blood pressure and hypertension adult male volunteers (diagnostic criteria referred to seventh report of the joint national committee (JNC8)) were divided into the control group and the hypertension group. The two groups had to match the age with the body mass index (BMI), no other cardiovascular disease and high blood pressure related medicine treatment before. The study was all informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known cardiovascular disease, diabetes, malignant tumor, acute or chronic infection, or inflammatory disease; people who have taken antiplatelet, anti inflammatory and lipid lowering drugs recently; smokers.
