Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age is greater than 18 years; 2. The operation was performed by laparotomy or laparoscopic radical gastrectomy. 3. The pathological or cytological diagnosis was colorectal cancer, TNM stage I ~ III; 4. For the first time, patients were hospitalized with chemotherapy in oncology; 5. Can read words or answer questions correctly; 6. The patients with cancer due to fatigue were evaluated by the simple fatigue scale.With the smart phone and WeChat, it has the ability to use WeChat; 7. Knowledge of disease diagnosis and informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With heart and lung disease and affect motor nerve, muscle, joint disease and other malignant tumors; 2. Mental illness or severe cognitive impairment and language impairment; 3. Postoperative cardiac, cerebrovascular or other serious complications; 4. Been participated in the Ba-Duan-Jing exercise; 5. Shedding standard: the patient is missing for various reasons; 6. Patients who did not complete the chemotherapy; 7. Participating the exercise course less than 80%.
