Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Perineal region has obvious pain and discomfort symptoms, and can also accompanied by urinary tract, urinary tract bifurcation and lower urinary tract symptoms, and all symptoms continued for more than 3 months; (2) Patients with NIH - CPSI (chronic prostatitis symptom score) > 15 points, including pain score > 3 points; (3) The WBC count was less than 10 /HP and lecithin body was less than 3+ in prostatic fluid examination; (4) serum PSA<4 ng/ml; (5) normal coagulation function.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) evidence of acute bacteria in urinary and seminal culture tests; (2) prostate cancer was excluded clinically and serologically with PSA>=4 ng/ml; (3) local acute infection; (4) local acute thrombosis; (5) coagulation disorders or taking anticoagulant; (6) local malignant tumor.
