Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criteria for viral cirrhosis refer to the National Conference on Viral Hepatitis (2000) in Xi'an; 2. WHO diagnostic criteria for osteoporosis: bone loss 2.5 SD and above; 3. Age between 45 and 75 years; 4. Anti-osteoporosis drugs, such as estrogen, calcium, bisphosphonates and vitamin D, or other drugs that affect bone metabolism, have not been used in half a year; 5. Provision of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Obvious abnormal functions of liver and kidney; 2. Metabolic bone disease, chronic liver and kidney diseases, and autoimmune diseases that interfere with bone metabolism; 3. Secondary osteoporosis; 4. Taking drugs that affect cytokine production, such as glucocorticoids, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and immunomodulators; 5. Other low bone mass metabolic diseases and other serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as ischemic heart disease, peripheral vascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, uncontrolled hypertension; 6. Combined with uterine and breast diseases and allergic to salmon calcitonin.
