Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) with acute/subacute liver failure that can not be reversed by conservative treatments; (2) aged 14-60 years; (3) indicated for auxiliary liver transplantation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) absolute or relative contraindications of liver transplantation; (2) malignancies; (3 )portal venous thrombosis or anatomical abnormalities that will result in a significant change in the operation plan of liver transplantation; (4) severe viral/bacterial/fungal infections before transplantation; (5) liver damage factors such as sickle cell anemia, severe right heart dysfunction that cannot be improved by liver transplantation; (6) receiving a defective graft such as a domino liver transplant, peripheral donor liver, etc; (7) retransplantation.
