Dex Group:Fetal childbirth after giving Pump injection and postoperative analgesia with Dexmedetomidine

control group:Traditional treatment group (no Dexmedetomidine)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: There are a total of 186 cases, in Beijing Obsterics and Gynecology Hospital, Capital Medical University broke in preeclampsia women, aged between 20 ~ 40 years old, and termination of pregnancy in cesarean delivery during 2018-2019

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. disorder of serious cardiac function; 2. combined metabolic disease; 3. with nephropathy glomerulonephritis, pyelonephritis, renal tubular diseases, etc.); 4. serious low maternal blood volume; 5. the maternal blood coagulation dysfunction; 6. puncture of maternal infection; 7. of the central nervous system diseases, such as spinal cord or spinal nerve root lesions, suspected intracranial pressure, etc.; 8. With maternal history of lumbar spine trauma or severe low back pain; Maternal merge mental disorders or epilepsy, convulsions.
