18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Initial common bile duct stone; recurrent common bile duct stone; Non-recurrent common bile duct stone 5 years after the initial ERCP; 2. Aged 18-70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for ERCP; 2. Antibiotics,probiotics,somatostatin and glucocorticoid within previous 3 month; 3. Other digestive diseases besides common bile duct stone; 4. Concomitnat with gallblander stones,intrahepatic choledocholithiasis; 5. Choledochojejunostomy,choledochoduodenal fistula,bile duct stricture,para papillary diverticulum of the duodenum; 6. Unwillling to participate in the clinical trial.
