Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: TOLAC standard of admission: the first condition is that pregnant women and their family members have the desire for vaginal delivery and know the corresponding risk. All pregnant women who have been included in TOLAC signed the informed consent in pregnancy; only once cesarean section history; the previous cesarean section is a transverse incision in the lower uterus and no tear in the incision; no other uterine operation history; single fetal head. Ultrasound examination showed continuous myometrial tissue in the scar of uterus. The neonatal birth weight was estimated to be less than 4000g.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: TOLAC's contraindication: previous caesarean section has been confirmed as a classical, longitudinal, or T - shaped incision; has a history of two and more than two times of uterine surgery; has a history of uterine rupture; complications such as the uterine incisional extension; the birth weight of the newborn 4000g; the internal and external or obstetric causes of other vaginal delivery taboos.
