Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged =18 years old; 2) According to the The International Association of Diabetes and Pregnancy Study Groups (IADPSG) 2010 standard, diagnosing gestational diabetes, 75g OGTT: fasting plasma glucose = 5.1mmol/L; 1h plasma glucose = 10mmol/L;2h plasma glucose = 8.5mmol/L; 3) Generally good; 4) Sign informed consent and agree to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) diabetes with pregnancy; 2) use insulin treatment during pregnancy; 3) net weight loss during pregnancy; 4) give birth before 32 weeks during pregnancy; 5) stillbirth during pregnancy; 6) complicated polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS); 7) taking drugs that affect glycolipid metabolism and blood pressure during the study period; 8) participant is difficult to complete the study or various factors influencing compliance; 9) agree to participate in this study, but refuse to sign informed consent.
