18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years old; 2. Chronic Severe Lower Extremity Ischemia (Rutherford Grade 4-6) Subjects undergoing revascularization (including PTA and bypass surgery)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe systemic disease, ASA = IV; 2. Subjects with unclear consciousness or unable to cooperate; 3. Patients with severe coagulative dysfunction (the PT normal range upper limit is 1.5 times or the INR is greater than 1.3); 4. Allergic to contrast agents, local anesthetics, etc.; 5. Local infections or tumors near the needle track, where there is risk of infection spread to deep tissue.
