Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All of the ALL children treated with MTX in xiangya hospital must be confirmed by morphological examination of bone marrow cells. And they will be divided into three risk groups: Standard risk, Intermediate risk and high risk according CCLG-ALL-2015 program and MICM standard which are combined with other clinical biological characteristics and risk factors of prognosis.Finally, all of the children are classified into B-ALL group and T-ALL group according to the results of flow cytometry; 2) age between 1 month to 14 years old; 3) Han people; 4) informed consents were signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other types of blood diseases; 2. Combined with severe liver and kidney diseases, gastrointestinal disorders, mucositis and so on; 3. secondary immunodeficiency disease; 4. Patients who had been treated with glucocorticoid for more than 7 days from one week to one month before enrollment, or had any history of chemotherapy or radiotherapy within the first 3 months (except emergency radiotherapy because of relieving symptoms of compression); 5. Unwilling to participate in this study.
