Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First stroke confirmed by CT or MRI and in accordance to the International criteria; 2. The lesion was unilateral basal ganglia or radio-coronal area with hemiplegic symptoms and the course of disease was more than 6 months; 3. The fingers of the affected side can extend back, and the wrist joint can reach 10 degrees; 4. Understand the requirements for measuring and training; 5. Willing to participate in the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cerebrovascular diseases are progressing or vital signs are unstable; 2. There has been or is now cerebral hemorrhage, brain trauma and other neurological or psychiatric disorders, with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Patients with sensory impressive aphasia, sensory and cognitive abnormalities, pre-stroke or post-stroke anxiety and depression, can not cooperate with the examination and treatment; 4. The patient has a personal or family history of epilepsy; 5. Deteriorating condition, new infarct or large area cerebral infarction; 6. The heart has been installed with pacemakers, brackets, and bridges; 7. Patients with malignant neoplasms; 8. Patients who respond strongly to noise, low temperature, and claustrophobia.
