Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with initial unilateral total knee arthroplasty for end-stage osteoarthritis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of surgical knee surgery, preoperative knee flexion deformity =30 degree, internal and external valgus deformity =30 degree; 2. tranexamic acid use contraindicated patients (six months of thrombosis-related events); 3. surgical side limb neuropathy; 4. alcohol abuse patients, long-term use of opioid patients (defined as patients who use opioids almost every day longer than March); 5. preoperative hemoglobin (Hb) 35 or <20, age less than 18 or 80 years old, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) 4 or 5 patients.
