Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: preterm infants (born =34weeks gestation)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. infants with congenital birth malformation,who accepted surgery during the study; 2. infants with nervous system diseases such as brain injury (including intracranial III and above bleeding, central nervous system infection, and high bilirubin encephalopathy were required).
