Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged=18 years old; 2) Gestational age (GA)=20 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with infectious diseases (HIV, syphilis, or hepatitis et al); 2. History of malignancy; 3. Pregnant women with serious organic diseases; 4. Pregnant women without complete case information or who are unable to provide biological samples; 5. Urine samples with obvious color changes visible to the naked eye.
