45 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 .DRE found prostate nodules, any PSA values; 2. MRI, transrectal ultrasound and other abnormalities found, any PSA value; 3. PSA>10µg/L; 4. PSA 410µg/L, abnormal f/t-PSA or abnormal prostate specific antigen density value.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. has a clear history of prostate cancer; 2. Prostate puncture was performed within 3 months; 3. severe urinary tract infections; 4. prolonged clotting time; 5. The general condition is poor and cannot tolerate invasive examination.
