20 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for healthy subjects: 1) Right handed; 2) Aged 20 to 40 years; 3) all the physiological indexes within the normal range via physical examination,without organic or functional diseases in any systems; 4) without any discomfort of the digestive system; 5) without participating in other clinical trails; 6) signing informed consent. Inclusion criteria for patients: 1) Right handed; 2) Aged 20 to 40 years; 3) matching the diagnostic criteria of FC according to Rome IV; 4) Without organic diseases based on the transabdominal ultrasound; 5) Without taking gastrointestinal prokinetic agent at least 15 days before enrollment; without participating in other clinical trails; 6) Signing informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Healthy subjects: 1) being pregnant or during lactation, having a plan of pregnancy in the last three months; 2) having a history of claustrophobia and medium mental disorders including depressive disorder,anxiety disorder; 3) having a history of head trauma; 4) having symptoms of gastrointestinal disturbances; 5) having contraindication of MRI scan. Patients: 1) Suffering from progressive malignant tumors, seriously wasting diseases, cardiovascular, digestive, urinary, hematopoietic system diseases and other serious primary diseases; 2) being pregnant or during lactation, having a history of dysmenorrhea 3) having a history of gastrointestinal surgery, head trauma with loss of consciousness, or headache; 4) having a history of mental disorders including major depressive disorder, anxiety disorder; 5) having contraindication of MRI scan.
