18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The gastric pathological?biopsy confirmed that it is single focal primary gastric adenocarcinoma; 2. The location of primary focal point is located in the upper, middle or lower part of the stomach, and standard gastric cancer D2 lymphadenectomy can be performed; 3. The stage belongs to t1-4no-3mo; 4. Aged 18 to 75 years; 5. the grading condition of ECOG 0 to 1; 6. Surgical treatment is expected within 10 days after the gastroscope reexamination in our hospital; 7. The subjects have signed the subject's informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with the history of gastrointestinal surgery; 2. Patients with serious medical complications cant tolerate surgery; 3. Pregnant women; 4. Patients with congenital anomalies of lymphatic system and lymphatic cyst.
