Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age 18 to 85 years old, men and women are not limited; (2) the first diagnosed patients were diagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma by biopsy. (3) the site of the tumor: the tongue and thefloor of the mouth; (4) TNM staging: T1 and T2; no history of surgical treatment or chemoradiotherapy; (5) there was no surgical contraindication, no surgical contraindication, no cervical lymph node metastasis (cervical lymph node negative criteria: lymph node size <1.0cm), and no distant metastasis. (6) women of childbearing age (15~49 years old) have a negative pregnancy test during the first 7 days of treatment and the results are negative. The male and female patients with fertility must agree to use effective contraceptive measures to ensure the non pregnancy during the trial and after the drug in three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the written and informed consent was not obtained; (2) refusing to receive surgical treatment; (3) patients with poor overall condition and inability to tolerate treatment; (4) patients with distant metastasis; (5) unresectable patients; (6) women in pregnancy or lactation;
