Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years old; 2. The American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) class I~II, anorectal surgery patients; 3. Body mass index 20-28kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous cases of sacral injury, vertebral deformity, and contraindications for sacral anesthesia; 2. Patients with severe cerebrovascular disease and liver and renal dysfunction, neuropsychiatric disorders, and neuromuscular diseases; 3. Obesity, maternal and other special patients; 4. The patient refused to sign the informed consent.
