20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the OA diagnostic criteria established by the American College of Rheumatology in 2001; aged from 50 to 75 years; according to the Kellgren-Lawrence scoring system for osteoarthritis imaging, subjects with level II-III knee problems; no cognitive disorders; MMSE score > 26 points; signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. congestive heart failure; lower extremity deep vein thrombosis; malignant progressive hypertension; respiratory failure; active liver disease, liver and kidney function Incomplete; 2. subjects has been intervened with same methods in this study for more than 1 week before the enrollment; 3. subjects with lower extremity fracture; 4. previous history of mental illness or history of taking antipsychotic drugs; 5. unable to follow up; 6. severe lateral space neglect.
