Eligibility

Sex/Gender

Age
60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged at least 60 to 85 years old; 2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III; 3) the consentshave been obtained from the patients and family members; 4) patients who underwent hip or knee replacement surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) pre-operative MMSE<24; 2) patients who has nervous system diseases, preoperative stoke and other central nerve system diseases; 3) patients who has severe mental illness or long-term use of active substances; 4) patients who suffered multiple injury and craniocerebral injury.
