18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years old, male or female; 2. tumor located at head or uncinate of pancreas and resectable; 3. pathological diagnosis of ductal adenocarcinoma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. unresectable tumor; 2. post-operative pathology confirmed pancreatic malignancy in addition to ductal adenocarcinoma; 3. pregnancy or breastfeeding female; 4. can't suffer general anesthesia; 5. can't meet the follow-up demands; 6. With severe cardiovascular and lung disease and can suffer general anesthesia; 7. With other system malignancy.
