Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Robot-assisted radical prostatectomy, ASAI-II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age>=80 years old; 2. History of severe cardiopulmonary disease; 3. History of neuromuscular disease; 4. Obesity or malnutrition (BMI>30 or <20); 5. History of drug allergy
