Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Suspected PA patients: sustained blood pressure(BP) above 150/100 mmHg, with hypertension (BP>140/90) resistant to three conventional antihypertensive drugs (including a diuretic), or controlled BP ( 20 and the diagnosis of PA will be according to saline infusion test (SIT) criteria; 3. Patients who desire surgical treatment will undergo adrenal vein sampling (AVS) to subtype; 4. Participants agree to sign the informed consents.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who experience severe uncontrolled hypertension, renal insufficiency, severe cardiovascular complications within 6 months (myocardial infarction, unstable angina, heart failure in NYHA class III or IV, stroke,etc), or have a previous diagnosis of secondary hypertension will be excluded. Patients with severe liver disease, acute infection, autoimmune disease, malignancy and patients who refuse to participate or difficultly cooperate on the study will also be excluded.
