Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Comply with Western medicine for the diagnosis of ventricular premature beats, 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram examination of ventricular premature beats = 720 times; (2) Comply with the diagnostic criteria of Chinese medicine for palpitations, and the syndrome differentiation standard is Xinyin deficiency syndrome.Main symptom: consciously beating abnormally in the heart, bursting or continuing endless, nervous, embarrassed, unable to be autonomous; (3) Aged 18 to 80 years old; (4) Voluntarily joining the study and signing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of stroke or peripheral vascular disease in the past six months; (2) For complex, early, and other complexes such as polymorphism, pairing, and ventricular premature beats; (3) Acute myocardial infarction, severe cardiac insufficiency and other critical cardiovascular diseases associated with malignant ventricular arrhythmias; (4) Transient ventricular arrhythmias induced by cardiac dysfunction, drug-induced, electrolyte imbalance, etc.; (5) Have a malignant wasting disease such as a tumor, pregnancy or breastfeeding; (6) Do not accept Chinese medicine practitioners; (7) Clear cardiologists with cardioversion or non-drug therapy; (8) Combined with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, unable to cooperate with traditional Chinese medicine decoction.
