Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) To meet the criteria for the diagnosis of mixed hemorrhoids in the guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of anorectal diseases in traditional Chinese medicine, established in July 2012; (2) Aged 20-50 years old (According to the American ASA classification that fit combined spinal and epidural anesthesia); (3) Ability to understand the consent form and daily questions; (4) Ability to tolerate PPH.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with liver cirrhosis, HIV positive, uncontrolled diabetes or a bleeding diathesis; (2) Patients on anticoagulant medication or aspirin in 5 days prior to surgery; (3) Patients merge with other serious diseases or other related diseases; (4) Patients afraid of needles or with needle sick.
