18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-65 years of age; 2. First-time diagnosed or temporarily diagnosed of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD); 3. Occurance of night syptoms over once a week; 4. Rulled out of symptoms such as heartburn and reflux caused by other diseases; 5. Willing to sign Patient Informed Consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-GERD or referral GERD patients; 2. Newly diagnosed GERD patients without night symptoms and occurance of night symptoms is less than 1 time/week; 3. With previous gastrointestinal surgery; 4. With systemic diseases that affect sleep, such as cardiac arrhythmias, COPD, asthma and heart failure; 5. Abnormal hepatic and renal function; 6. Full case report unavailable; 7. Patient Informed Consent not signed.
