Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases diagnosed between 2008 and May 2013, aged 18-75 years, female, ER positive, HER2 negative (IHC 0,1 +;FISH negative), lymph node negative or pN1mi, tumor size larger than 0.5cm, and patient accepted standard endocrine therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: T4, M1 (initially diagnosed as stage IV), bilateral breast cancer, positive lymph nodes, positive HER2 or uncertain (IHC 2+, 3+); and patient whose endocrine therapy is not standard
