Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with endotracheal intubation and ventilation; (2) The use of ventilation time is greater than 48 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Age less than 18 years; (2) Diagnosis of active pneumonia; (3) Severe hepatic dysfunction:More than three times times the normal limit of ALT; AST three times greater than the normal up limit ; total bilirubin three times more than the normal up limit; (4) Estimated patient survival time is less than 48 hours; (5) All kinds of tumor disease patients; (6) Pregnancy; (7) Receiving immunosuppressive therapy; (8) refusal to sign consent (forward).
