Case series:moderately hypo-fractionated radiotherapy

18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. prostate cancer, pathological features: Gleason score 8-10, positive margin, N+, or PSA>0.2ng/ml after prostatectomy; 2. AJCC staging system: =pT3; 3. age=18 years; 4. KPS=70; 5. neutrophil count >1,500/ul, PLT>100,000/ul, AST50ml/mL; 6. patients must have the ability to understand and the willingness to sign a written informed consent document.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe incontinence after prostatectomy; 2. previous pelvic or abdominal radiotherapy; 3. patient were recruited in other study within 4 weeks before this study; 4. obviously symptomatic, or uncotrolled hypertention, heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, arrhymia, diabetes mellites; 5. patient did not provide written informed consent document or poor treatment compliance.
